Welcome to Change Your Allegiance

At Change Your Allegiance, we understand that the purpose of life is to have a relationship with the One and only true God. Without this relationship, life is empty and without meaning. This is because from the beginning God has desired to live in union with His creation. Instead, mankind has repeatedly chosen rebellion against God which has been driven by pride, selfishness, and a desire to live independently from Him. The consequences of these choices have been devastating.  The world continually presents us with the problems of evil, suffering, and death and we find ourselves alienated from God.  Viewed from the Christian perspective, we know that we have an enemy of our soul who desires to bring us death and destruction. Unfortunately, we have all followed after God's enemy (Satan), producing lives filled with sin and rebellion against the very God who gave us life. These behaviors stand in stark contrast to God's original intent in creating us in the first place. Since we live lives contrary to His desires, He has set a day to judge the entire world. Scripture emphatically teaches that we have one life and then we are judged.  This judgment is to decide if you will have eternal life or eternal death! 


However, because God loves us and does not want to see anyone suffer eternal death, He has given all of us the opportunity to Change Our Allegiance from a life based on self-worship and worldly pleasures to an obedient relationship with Himself. By changing your allegiance to God, you will be taken from the kingdom of darkness and brought into the kingdom of light. By changing your allegiance to God, you will inherit the promise of eternal life and dwell in the presence of God forever.  God says in Deuteronomy 30:19, "I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live;".


Our heart is for you to choose life today. Our goal is to guide you as you discover who God really is, the great and vast love that He has for you, and the whole reason that He even gave you life. Our hope is that you will choose a vibrant, obedient relationship with God!

Speaking of God and Heaven, Jesus said, " I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." - John 14:6

 Repentance is a willful change of behavior in response to authentic faith born in one's heart after hearing and believing the good news about Jesus. Repentance is necessary for the forgiveness of sins.  It begins with a heartfelt admission that you have genuinely hurt God by the way you have lived your life and you are truly sorry for it.  This sorrow is so strong that it is followed by a turning away from your sin and a life submitted to God.

Jesus says, "If anyone wants to follow after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me". - Luke 9:23

 We cannot serve both God and Satan. Living for yourself, for the world, or anything other than God is a disloyalty to God. God requires our allegiance to Him alone. We should love Him and serve Him with all of our hearts, with all of our souls, and with all of our minds. Jesus is our King and Savior!
